The Overlook is a 5000 sq/ft stone patio on the brow with a wide open view of Lookout Mountain, the Tennessee River, Moccasin Bend, and Downtown Chattanooga. Facilities around the Overlook are still under construction however the Overlook is available for event rentals at the reduced price of $1000 per day until construction in the area is complete.
